We liked this countryside hotel, and we would come here again. In general, the venue was fairly clean. Decent area, incredibly comfortable location:)))
Couldn't find any faults at all.
-
The attached restaurant in the hotel is excellant. Would stay again in this historic area.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes!
-
Location and the food. All was nice.
It deserves its 3 stars. We got king suite and loved it. Furthermore, we could use free Wi-Fi. Good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like Sir Pizza that was only 10 minutes' walk away.
-
It's lovely place for visiting some must see attractions in Lansing. The hotel was conveniently situated.
-
Well maintained hotel, good service & helpful staff.
-
breakfast was relatively good
Air conditioning is also needed in winter and is relatively noisy. the American way to have breakfast - only with disposable tableware.
-
Nice staff, big room, everything absolutely in order for one night.
The air conditioning is also very loud when switched off. We also had a room with a direct view of the freeway.
-
the room was huge, the breakfast was excellent.
there really was nothing bad about the room or the hotel at all.
-
Pool is small and cold. Pool area was trashed. More water outside of pool than in. Pillows are small and needed to stack 3 high. Advertieef queen sized beds but were actually smaller.
-
The breakfast was great, but it was slow in being filled back up as there was a lacrosse tournament staying in the hotel and the person in charge of the breakfast could not keep up
2 staff members for the breakfast knowing about the tournament ahead of time they could of been better prepared
-
Staff was extra nice
Just went in to see and it was extra hot and smelled (exercise room)
-
Breakfast bar had good selection of items to choose from.
Facility is looking a little tired & worn.
-
Nice size room for the 4 of us. Breakfast awesome. Staff very friendly. Pool & exercise area clean. Liked the "living room" area at the front desk area comfortable.
We usually reuse our towels in the room but I wouldn't here again. Noticed the room had a damp feel when we arrived didn't pay much attention. But our towels never dried between uses like they do at home. Ask for clean towels each day.

The place was beautiful, comfortable and the staff were very friendly and went out of there way to help us!

the bed was like a cloud
there was no chair to sit in but one is always present in the promotions and ads. Iasked for a reduced rate due to the missing comfort item and was told there wasn't one in the rooms. This is not true because I have stayed there a dozen times over the past 10 years and an upholstered chair was ALWAYS in the room before
